I. Review Process
The review process for abstract submissions typically follows these steps:
① Submission
Authors submit their abstracts, which are then acknowledged as received.
② Under Review
The submission enters the review phase, during which modifications to the abstract are locked to ensure fairness and maintain workflow integrity.
③ Decision
After the review process, the submission will either be Accepted or Rejected.
Authors will be notified of the decision via email.
It is important for authors to ensure all information is accurate before the final submission, as no changes can be made during the "Under Review" phase.
II. Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must include the following sections:
- Purpose
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Keywords
Note:
※ The abstract must not exceed 500 words.
※ If English is chosen as the submission language, an English abstract is required for all presentation formats.

Oral Presentation: Each presentation will last 7 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
E-Poster: Personal attendance is required, although a co-author may present on the author's behalf.
Publication Agreement: Authors must consent to the Society publishing their abstracts in print.
V. Best Paper Award
The conference will honor the top three oral presentation winners in both Chinese and English categories.
Award recipients will be recognized for their outstanding achievements and contributions during the Closing Ceremony on April 25, 2027, where they will be presented with their awards.
