Account & Authorship
Please ensure all required fields are filled out accurately. The account used to log into the 2027 AACRT portal will automatically be designated as the First Author for that abstract.
Information Modification
On the Abstract Submission page, your name and email address cannot be edited directly. To update your name, click your name in the top-right corner and select "Profile". Your email address cannot be modified as it serves as your official registered account ID.
Language Policy
If you select English as your abstract language, all sections — including Title, Purpose, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Keywords — must be written entirely in English.
Word Limit
The abstract must not exceed 500 words.
Submission Limit
Each presenter may submit a maximum of two abstracts. You cannot select Oral Presentation for both submissions.
Locking Policy: Once the abstract officially enters the "Under Review" phase, modifications will be locked to ensure fairness. Submissions are not locked immediately upon sending — editing is completely disabled once the review process begins. Authors are strongly encouraged to ensure all information is accurate beforehand.
